"Stayed at South wing. Room was very comfortable but there was no Aircon in month of May so it became quite stuffy. Service was fantastic as they came quickly to help open a window. Do note that South Wing Rooms occupants have to wear casual clothes to go to the Public Bath as the pathway is via the ground floor"

"Really love this hotel as it’s only 5 min walk to Sapporo station and about 18 min walk to Sapporo tv tower. The staff is friendly, the hotel and room is clean and new. The breakfast has quite a good spread and is delicious. Enjoyed the public bath too. "

"Beautiful hotel 3 blocks from the train station but right on the underground so you could walk above or below grade there or taxi. In the heart of the city, right by the shopping and close to the bars. But not too close. "
