"It was quite inconvenient that none of the staff spoke English. For such a large hotel, it was surprising and hard to understand why there were no English-speaking staff available. We ended up changing to a larger room, which comfortably accommodated the three of us. We paid an additional 10,000 yen ($80) per night and stayed for a total of five nights. We had access to the Royal Club on the 28th floor, where we enjoyed breakfast as well as the tea time and cocktail hour services. That part of the stay was a very pleasant memory. "

"Loved the location, bathroom hygiene, lobby/lounge area, rooftop 'Canvas' relax area, modern/retro theme & The Excellent Staff. The double-single bedroom was a typical size for 2 people. The 500yen voucher offset, for not having your room cleaned, could be better. Fully recommended."

"Really love this hotel as it’s only 5 min walk to Sapporo station and about 18 min walk to Sapporo tv tower. The staff is friendly, the hotel and room is clean and new. The breakfast has quite a good spread and is delicious. Enjoyed the public bath too. "
