"I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!"

"Liked the location- close to the train station the room that I chose was too small ( never had that tight space) But it was equipped with everything I needed thou. Wish two beds(dbl size) can be smaller (twin size)then we would have more space . Liked the food -breakfast - buffet area was real tight to move around with a tray. "
