"This hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was centrally located in Sapporo for us to walk in all directions for the things we planned to see and do. The hotel had 6 restaurants. We only ate at the one on the same level as the check-in desk. The seafood ramen was fabulous!! "

"The hotel is great and the breakfast a must try, so many yummy options. If the hotel parking lot is full there is plenty of pay options close by, and to be honest is cheaper to park on the public parking lot then the hotel. Hotel charges 2000 yen and the public one is 1800 yen for 24h."

"It is an old hotel but very clean. Room very spacious. Breakfast is excellent lots of variety. Close to small restaurants and Daimaru Department Store. Good location. Unfortunately for 5* Hotel the staff do not speak English well. It is hard to ask questions."

The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "
