We were told upon check-in that we would not have housekeeping service during our stay but they actually provided exceptional housekeeping service every single day, supplied us with new towels, made up our beds, etc. "

"The condo itself was amazing. Very clean!! Much more than I expected. However, one night we had a very big disturbance from the neighbor. "The condo I rented was in poor condition, there were 2 microwaves because one didn't work. the floor was dirty, it needs to be mopped. We also loved the grounds like playing in the creek, listening to the music by the fire pits (staff will make and extinguish them for you), letting the kids play on the natural playground and tunnel, and the lobby with tons of board games and other goodies. The location is easy enough to get to anywhere in 8-15 minutes. The rooms all have a mini fridge and you can use the microwave in the lobby breakfast area as needed. We never heard another guest once we were in our rooms. 10:10 will be back! PS the mountain coaster nearby next door was also fantastic. "
