"Absolutely great hotel to stop in. We were there overnight, 5 adults in 3 rooms; 1 was a disabled member of the family. The staff were fantastic at sorting out the rooms and the following mornings breakfast arrangements. The rooms were clean and everything was there that should’ve been. The only pair of annoying things that were missing was: 1) coffee & tea making facilities in each room; 2) Air conditioning. The night we stayed was nearly 30C and we slept with the balcony door wide open,...

"Dinner was marvelous. Breakfast, coffee, fruit terrible. Bed very comfortable. Water in the bathroom smelled moldy. Gym is a joke. "

"Had an issue with my room where the air con had a slow drip. Spoke to the receptionist, who advised the maintenance was not available so if I wanted to change the room. Was happy to do so and actually gave me a better room than I had. Great customer service! The original room did look a bit run down whereas the new room looked new and well kitted out."
