Had to go off premises & downstairs to smoke on the street, which isn’t ideal for a single female, yet other worse behaviours were expected to be tolerated by myself eg screaming kids & cursing mother & constant noise with doors slamming next door at all hours, yet despite having the quiet balcony, I had to put up with the cursing & screaming next door, yet not allowed to smoke on a balcony when all other windows were closed. "Room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. Overall property bit dated but has huge potential. Gardens bit neglected. Room had microwave but no cutlery and crockery, so whatever you were going to cook or heat you couldn’t eat as no cutlery. No toaster. Advertised pool, but it was not useable. Advertised restaurant/bar but that was permanently closed. So, for just a room, I found it to be a bit on the expensive side."
