"We got a welcome upgrade which was nice. We enjoyed the view from our balcony. Unfortunately, the Spa is unusable. The property has buses & trains nearby. It is reasonably close to restaurants, cafes, a small supermarket, the museum & Southbank Parklands. The staff were helpful but a little hard to understand."

"Great location, quick walk to plenty of cafes. Easy access to the museum and art galleries. Parking was easy. Apartment perfect with 2 small kids. Clean and exactly as pictured. Staff were kind. The only negative was that both nights we stayed there was night time construction at an adjacent site that our room overlooked - sounded like jack hammering, from around 8pm until midnight. You couldn’t hear from the kids room but from the main room/ensuite it was loud. It was acknowledged that there was construction happening during the check in process."
