"What was unique about the property was the Sky Lounge, 19 stories high, outside area too and overlooking the Rhine River. Service was exceptional, including getting our rooms earlier. We were upgraded from standard rooms to comfort rooms free of charge. This was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and very clean. "The hotel was very clean, staff helpful. There is parking, but I didn’t need it as there is a tram link into the city & uber also comes to the hotel. If you need your room cleaned during your stay you do have to ask for this."

"Hotel is in a great location - just off the beaten track but close to everything one needs. Close to shops, restaurants and transport links (there's an underground entrance hidden near by). The room (2nd floor) was good; clean, large, AC, etc - only problem was flooding by shower. Breakfast is very good - wide choice. Didn't use Spa. Would stay here again."
