"A nice hotel. Room interior a bit dated and a bit dark even with all the lights on but excellent soundproofing, good room size and comfortable bed. Basically everything you need for a good night's sleep"

"The facilities as well as the staff were great. The hotel is a great choice if you're flying to or from the BRU airport. They also offer a shuttle service free of charge if you have booked a room. The only drawback is its connection to the city by public transport. There's a train leaving every 1 hour which makes it less flexible to plan your visits. Other than that it is definitely a highly recommended accommodation. "

"Excellent location for exploring Brussels, 2min walk from the train station. Staff helpful and polite. We wanted to check in early, they were going to charge €35 unless we signed up to Novotel, which was very easy to do. Room good size and clean, however the pillows were awful. Very firm and lumpy. The rituals toiletries were nice. Had to ask for English tea bags as they only had fruit teas in the room, paper cups and no teaspoons for stirring drinks, which seems daft. Other than those few...

"This is a nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. They helped with our taxi, stored our luggage, and helped make our stay very pleasant. The restaurant is solid (though breakfast nearby at Omni is truly extraordinary). The room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is cramped but serviceable. Location is a little dodgy but it’s pretty average for Brussels. The only negative was that our room looked into the building next door and even though we asked to move to a room with a nice view of the...

"Arrived early about 11am as the weather wasn't great,wanted to just park the car and head into the city,and before you knew it we was allowed to check into our room and everything else was perfect, the lady I think it was Catrina or something like that couldn't be more helpful "
