My kids enjoyed every moment, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Even though their English wasn’t very strong, they provided excellent service and made sure we were comfortable. I would happily return to this hotel on our next trip.

Room was nice and clean. Front desk check in worker was very friendly and helpful. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It’s a couple minute walk to a tram stop where you can take the tram to the old town Gran Place area where most of the tourist sites are.

Great staff who are very helpful and friendly! The front desk was wonderful and checked on a few things for us. The neighborhood is also excellent. However, the overall hotel could use a major upgrade. While the room offers tea, coffee, shampoo, and body wash, all of the cups were dirty and the bottle caps were broken. Additionally, one of the elevators wasn't working. These are definitely areas the hotel could improve upon. The bar are floor were all dirty and didn't feel welcoming.
