"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Exceptional service. Enjoyed our stay"

"Great"

"Great location in proximity to other venues, VERY small rooms"

"This hotel was so close to everything"

"Large rooms with lovely decor. Great breakfast at Murals."

"Excellent location, 2 minutes from Grand Central Station and very clean. Highly recommend."

"Very comfortable room… spacious by NYC standards. Wireless was a little problematic, especially for Netflix access. $30 for a glass of wine or $40 for the breakfast buffet is over the top even for NY"

"Our first time at this location. Celebrated my son’s birthday. A few cupcakes were delivered to our room as a celebration gesture from the hotel. Staff is professional and experienced with their tasks. Definitely plan on staying here again."

"Overall great experience."

"Loved the heated floor in the bathroom!!! And nice sized room for New York! Many hotels in the area are very small rooms, but this is a bit more spacious. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful staff. Great location for the theater district!"
