Everything is spectacular, stuff, room, breakfast, location

I loved the location and cleanliness of the facility. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will use them again the next time I go there.

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. A little out of the way but if you arrive in time you can take the Klum train up the hill right behind the drop point behind the castle.

Had a great stay in NH Mannheim. Would definitely stay again in the near future.

Nice hotel with a good Restuarant. Convenient location with Aldis close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to fuel up to start a day of sight seeing. We stayed in the newly renovated building and thought it was gorgeous. The cleanliness, finishings and design are world class. One of the best places I have stayed. We had 2 young kids on the sofa bed and it was perfect.

Great property with parking lot that easy to access and self park. Amazing location, walk to stores, and the castle. The castle is a 45 min walk to get to, but definitely worth it.

Clean room staff

Very nice. Loved the cigar bar. Great food and wine in restaurants. Room was nice too.

Just super nice hotel

Very modern and luxurious room. A 10 min walk to the center of town.

This was the first hotel on a 2 week trip with 9 other friends. Only one other hotel compared with the great quality. The front staff was great, rooms large, solid breakfast, good bar, easy parking, and lots of eating choices within a medium walk /short drive. While this was a pass through location, we will stay here again if we stay in the Heidelberg area.

Staff was very nice and helpful

Great hotel, amazing staff. Only downside, it's a hike to old Heidelberg.
