The property is tucked away in a secluded area, exactly what we were looking for. We booked a villa with a private pool, giving us the entire space to ourselves. The villa is spacious, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. Mr. Xinh (the manager, I believe) made sure all the guests were well taken care of. We stayed for two nights and noticed that the breakfast selection changed by about 50–60% between the two mornings. You’ll need to ask for tea or specialty coffee, such as espresso or...

The host here is great! Super friendly and accommodating! The area is remote and quiet, you can rent motorbikes at the shop/home down the street. Room is clean with a nice view, good WiFi too. We stayed right before Tet, so it was hard to get a Grab car to the shuttle that was taking us to Hanoi at 7AM, the host called his friend who gave us a ride. I highly recommend this place! :)

Love this place. Perfect location for ninh binh trip.

We loved our stay! The property has beautiful views and is so peaceful. We saw monkeys just outside our door! The breakfast is delicious- try the banana pancakes and lunch and dinner options were great too. The staff was so helpful. Duy and Tri helped with our transportation and tour bookings. They were so fun and kind and we loved talking to them every day. I would not hesitate to recommend this place!

This hotel was surprisingly amazing. I just needed a place to crash for a few days, so it far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful large room, excellent breakfast, a lobby cafe, close to restaurants, super friendly staff, this place had it all. Look no further.

The views are incredible and so are the staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They provided free bikes so we were able to ride around the local area which was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon after doing the boat tour. There’s tons of bars and restaurants a few minutes down the road. The town proper was a bit of a bike ride but definitely manageable and the ride itself is beautiful so no complaints about that. The boat tour is about a 13-15...

I’ve been around the world (35 countries) and stayed many places. I’d put this in my top 5 hotels/resorts that I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful, peaceful, unique and top notch views, service and food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit, etc). She helped us with laundry. She booked for us tours with local guides and transportation that cost significantly less than what you...

Perfect location on the main strip. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
