"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

The room was a spacious, 4-room/section place in a 120-year old cottage style, with modernized bathroom, nicely made in traditional onsen style. "The 3 restaurants we tried were disappointing and pricey for what you got. The service was slow even tho they were not busy. The spa and moisture treatments we got were fantastic. Once we upgraded our room it was good before that they put us in the last room in the farthest bldg away with no windows, not even in the crazy long hallway with super low ceilings. Very claustrophobic!"
