Only includes hot water and instant (unfiltered) coffee. You have to pay extra for each cup of real coffee. This is deceptive and dishonest advertising. - Soundproofing is minimal and we could hear noise from the hallway all night. We left two non-refundable days early and will never return. "

Disappointed that there was little prior notification of the refurbishment work going on.
