"The hotel is far from any facilities except for those going to the International Horticulture Exhibition 2019 Beijing which will end on 7 Oct 2019. The buffet breakfast spread at US$35 leaves much to be desired. The bottle of orange juice on 12 Oct was empty. I asked the staff twice but it was not refilled."

"Gracie Art Hotel was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for my short visit to Beijing. It is located right on the edge of the 798 Art Zone which offers a lot, although it seemed like most attractions close pretty early and the lighting on the paths late at night is very dim. The staff was very helpful in checking me in and ordering cabs and finding late night food or drinks. Would recommend!"

Also the food was good but restaurant would close to early and not provide room service even though in the room they advertise it."

One thing to note, but it is a reflection of chinese culture, not a criticism of the Hotel directly, there are no atms in the Hotel or vicinity. Most things in China are paid by WeChat through phone payments. Cash isn’t common, so isn’t alwats easy to get. Part of the issue is that there is nothing near the hotel and I mean nothing. "

We had specific dietary requirements (Indian vegetarian). He cooked special dishes for us in the breakfast buffet. The special meal charges were also super reasonable 3. Close to the Great Wall 4. The hotel is in a small village - head there if you would like leisurely walks and relaxation. Don't expect great amenities that a city hotel would...
