They checked me in for Superior Twin Room, City View in LVL 13, when I backed to them and asked, they pretended that they do not understand English. "I highly recommend this place for travellers in Hangzhou. The service is unmatched. Most staff speak English. They’re always available for help! It’s in a great location with the night market just steps away. It’s a pleasant walk to West Lake. The hotel is very new and modern. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and offered a huge variety of very fresh food."
