"We did not get the room that we booked through expedia. I can't get any money back for my suite that we booked because we went through a 3rd party. Now, I have to got back to expedia to dispute this because it was their fault. They booked a room that wasn't even available. We didn't know until we got to the hotel. We had to pay for a second room so the others could have room to sleep. They did give us a little discount but still not enough to make up for the amount we spent on the riverview...
