"I booked on a third party site, and the front desk upgraded me from the assigned handicap accessible room to an upgraded room. The room was great, I've never seen a true suite with them before, the room would be awesome for a several day stay... so much room, and two TV's... if the TV's worked. I asked for help, and 1.5 hours later, still no TV's. Went out for dinner and asked for help... got a "Oh yeah, I was going to send someone" response. The TV's did work when I got back, just expected better from them."
