Sand Sational! Oceanfront 4-BR house in Surf City/Topsail Island, Pet Friendly

"This house is AMAZING! The second floor has three of the bedrooms, with bathrooms, and laundry room. The third floor is the kitchen, living room, dining room, and one more bedroom with bathroom. The second and third floor decks have plenty of furniture and every bedroom and all of third floor has an ocean view. The house is pet friendly and has a small gated area for dogs to take care of business. The first floor of the deck and the third floor also have gates, so the pets can't get loose. The first floor deck has a hose to rinse the sand off. Private entrance to the beach. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need, very well stocked, and serving plates/bowls for 20-24 people. Ceiling fans in every room. TV with lots of channels and streaming options. There are two covered parking spaces. I definitely recommend this house, we had a great week!"

"This beach home never disappoints.. for my family and I… such a great place to relax and unwind.. nice treat watching dolphins in the morning while enjoying coffee on the deck....and while on the beach .sunrises are wonderful...fully stock with beach chairs umbrellas bicycles for adults and kiddos… cow fin and sears landing are our two favs to eat at… we love this place and will be coming back years to come… hope you guys enjoy it too…. thank you tom"

"Excellent location for a beach trip! Easy walk past one house row & you're there! Beautiful beach -soft sand, rolling waves, great beach walking in either direction. The communication with Alan, the #7 unit owner ,was excellent and efficient-available each time I sent a message or question. The pool was perfect for my granddaughter and myself to have a wonderful time."
