"Overall we had a fantastic time and the location was great. The management office responded quickly to issues. What you should consider when renting this property. You will need to bring your own amenities (soaps, shampoo's, toilet paper wouldn't hurt, trash bags, charcoal, matches/lighters, and utensils for grill). We left the lighter in the drawer next to the stove but it won't last long. There were a few issues where cleaning crew are taking shortcuts (such as the A/C air filter had not been...

"Very nice deck and house had all we needed and was clean. Nice view. Down side was: Washing machine makes loud noise and moves across the floor and hits water heater while spinning. Stairs to beach need repair. Kitchen sink drains have a very bad smell."

"We really enjoyed our time spent at this cozy beach house. The interior gives the feeling of a grandma & grandpa cottage, with an eclectic, somewhat hodgepodge style. We loved the location and enjoyed the beautiful sound-side views of the sunset on the deck every evening. One piece of feedback would be to install doorknobs with locks on the bedroom doorknobs. One of the rooms is only accessible through another bedroom or the outside and it would have been nice to have more privacy."

Amazing Condo, perfect views!!

"Wow this Condo was one of the best equipped and cleanest places we have booked-and we travel a lot! There are so many homey touches like throw blankets and a well equipped kitchen. It was a condo but felt private. The bed was very comfortable and the master bedroom was huge! The views are amazing, we saw dolphins almost daily. We have been to OBX many times, Kure, Carolina beach, etc and Topsail is a hidden gem! The beach is amazing, water is just the right amount of action for kids and this property is a great location. The owners were super nice! Thanks for a great stay "

Beachfront Luxury without the Expense

"This property offered the perfect beach escape for our family of four. Serenity Point is a beautiful location, and this home was extremely comfortable. Renters only need to bring a suitcase and groceries as the owners have provided everything else from beach towels, chairs, wagon, toys, puzzles, books and a well stocked kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable (not too hard, not too soft). Views from the porch and primary bedroom are stunning and rival the beachfront views that you will pay much more for. We loved it so much that will seek out this listing for all our future Topsail vacations."

"We loved being able to just walk down the stairs to the beach in less then 5 minuets. Having all the beach toys, chairs and cart there to help with more beach fun was amazing too. We hope to go back next year!"
