"I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. During my 4 day stay there was a coach trip in the hotel and this took over the restaurant with a buffet for the coach trip. There was no restaurant menu for the other guests and this was very disappointing."

"I stayed in this hotel a couple of times over the last 30 years.. location is fantastic, i find the service provided by the staff faultless, they are professional and will do what they can to assist. Breakfast is really good with loads of options. Rooms are good sized but no air con, so in hot weather you have to leave the window open... In summary, whilst this is not a negative review, it does feel like it needs updating in line with some of the other hotel chains in the locale"

"This hotel was great! Super friendly staff and the living room was a great place to simply rest and enjoy free coffee. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, but about the same as many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"For the relatively cheap price this was an excellent one night stay in a superior double room. Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. "We had early acces to our room, which was good. But there was dust all alongside the walls. The bed was not steady enough, very soft matras. Also, someone from the reception walked into our room while we were in it. Without knocking! Very unprofessional. There were reddish stains on the bed linnen. After mentioning this to the front desk, we said we will not come back again. And the response was, well I think we tried our best. Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try...
