"The Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa was an absolutely beautiful and amazing stay. The staff was next level, the cleanliness was top tier, the amenities are exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon. We are avid snorkelers, to our surprise black rock had variety of fish and even turtles! I will say, I wish they had let us know about the Luau that they host and on what schedule, but I should have easily planned ahead and found that out myself. I ignorantly assumed it'd be all weekend....

"We had a wonderful stay, so much so that we extended our vacation here by several days! We had a Ocean View Studio - it comfortably sleeps 4 and has a beautiful view. The unit has washer and dryer which is a huge bonus! The 3 pools kept the kids busy, and steps away is a gorgeous beach - find a sandy area (some spots are rocky) and it’s great for playing in all day, swimming, and snorkelling. We saw turtles! Thank you to the staff, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back! "

Walkable to many restaurants including Whalers village which is right next door. 2 drawbacks : shower temperature was off and hard to adjust, shower was cold for at least 5 min before becoming warm and a very loud noise was always present coming from the generators in whalers village. "Absolutely loved our stay at the Andaz!!! One thing we did not enjoy was that it was $50/day for parking which we were not expecting. Breakfast was also $50/day (per person) along with a $50/day resort fee. Seemed like there wasn't much included in the price of the hotel. Overall, a stunning hotel and great service but we will these prices were a little more clear when booking."

"I love this resort. We stayed in the other side last time and I do feel like it was nicer and newer. Each one is a little different. I was told at check in that we would have housekeeping every day. We did not. I had to call down a few times to get things cleaned. They came and did it. But there was a lack of communication there. The beach is great here. We watched whales and turtles the entire day from our beach. "
