"It was incredible. The view and uniqueness of this cottage and property are superb. My husband and I had never in our lives been to the islands until this stay. (10 day stay). "The Treehouse suited my wife and me perfectly. I think it would be a challenge to fine a place that is more peaceful and tranquil, as far as a vacation rental in Kihei. It is also a nice place to view the sunsets."

"This beautiful property is perfect for those that want to get away from the large resorts and have nice place to come home to after a day of swimming, snorkeling, or sightseeing. It has one of the best stocked kitchens to do your own cooking along with a ton extras for your beach adventures. It was so nice waking up in the morning, having coffee on the back porch and listening to the birds. It was a pretty short/enjoyable walk to restaurants and nightlife and the driveway was awesome for quick parking of our car. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking to visit Maui! "This little place was beautifully updated and full of all the little details you could need. Very clean and accommodating for my husband and I. Extremely friendly owners that are not bothersome at all. Jon was so welcoming and friendly and offered us ideas and locations to hit up while there. Its a busy but sweet little neighborhood in the center of the whole island, so you don't have a long commute to reach your adventures. Traffic and birds are heard throughout the day and roosters at night....

"We went to the Honua Kai with our 3-year-old daughter as a recommendation from a friend who had gone earlier in the year with their one-year-old. We went for the ability to have washer-dryer, kitchenette, pools that were family-friendly, and an on-site store and restaurant. It lived up to our requirements with regards to everything. I also used the gym which was adequate for what I used it for (primarily treadmill running - when I didn't run on the beach, that is). Would recommend!"
