"Outside look was very nice and location was good also but room itself needs upgrading it has very old look and comfort is just about average not much variety in breakfast."

"This property is very rundown and not clean . Hair on the floors and on the bath, cigarette burn in the rugs . This hotel is advertised as soundproofed, it is NOT !! We had VERY loud music sounding in our room until 5 am ! "

The food and beverage service was good, The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The animation team provided great entertainment and programs. I didn’t like that sometime inappropriate music was played which involved cursed words, definitely not appy for family/children.
