We informed the personnel of the hotel but they did not take any measure. By the way how come that a four star hotel charges extra money for some basics services (like having a mini refrigerator or a locker for your valuables). "Overall a really nice stay, the strip and shopping area is walkable distance. Sadly my room was dirty and full of sand when i arrived, and when the cleaners would clean the room they would only replace the towels and make the bed and not sweep/ mop the floor"

"Beautiful property, although older it was well maintained. The outside and inside pools were lovely. I believe it is off season so at times felt line we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was delightful and nice to be able to enjoy it on the patio. Water in room was replenished daily but it was not till checkout that we were informed it was not free. "We stayed for 2 nights with friends. The hotel is very old and tired and run down and not clean at all the pillows are mouldy and towels all stained . We had ants in our room crawling in the bed but I must say the receptionist tried very hard to assist from checking to resolve this . The food and dining is an experience in its self !! The hotel can’t help the guests but despite that the ambiance and quality of food is not even a rating . We ate out even at breakfast. Sadly I would not...
