Néanmoins, le bain tourbillon du spa est petit et n’est pas assez chaud. De plus, les saunas ne fonctionnaient pas bien. "This is a new hotel. Chic and lovely rooms. (If you don't want to see someone naked as they get out of the shower close your eyes as it is not in a separate area and can be seen from the bedroom/living area.) The outside pool area is top-class. Food was tasty, but not very varied when we were there perhaps because the hotel was not very full. "Fell in LOVE with this place. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful in getting everything ready. Room was beautiful, everything was spotless. "The location of this hotel is exceptional. The staff are as helpful as possible. But Rami (at the reception) is exceptionally good. The only negative thing about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning in early May. I was told this is the case with all hotels and that they are following government directives on the use of electricity. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Marriott is not far away from this hotel. I wonder if the air-conditioning issue also applies to them!"
