Perfect experience, outstanding service!

I had an amazing stay at Mariott Pearl Sousse, my mom and I felt like home thanks to the wonderful personal they have. They were extremely kind and professional, we highly appreciate every single effort done to make us feel comfortable. The location of this hotel is great, close to the beach and near plenty of rest too. We will be back!

Very disappointed. The hotel deserves 3 starts. Breakfast wasn’t fresh, the smallest elevators that you can imagine with one of them broken. Beach full of seaweed, no cleaned up. So loud because it’s by the street. 45 minutes to check in. The only two good things are the pool and the employees.

Stay was great with the exception of check in and lobby area. Check in was delayed...which was understandable considering the 100%. But....the temperature in the lobby area was very high which made the wait very uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was excellent!

This Hotel is overrated. For the amount they charge per night it’s not worth it. We booked via Expedia as all inclusive and ended up with breakfast only and upon check in asked for upgrade and told by staff we should have booked with travel agency to get all inclusive. Everything is overpriced, for example bottle of water is 8TND which you get for 1 TND across the street. Private beach is a joke, filled with locals. SPA is overbooked no time available during our 2 nights stay. All to say this place is absolutely not recommended for the price.

For a 5-star rated hotel, this is one of the worst stays I’ve had. There were cockroaches in the room, the sink was clogged, and the shampoo and body wash were empty. The staff took so long to get back to us and didn’t address our concerns.

The property is gorgeous, the staff is exceptional, I wish I could take them all home with me. The breakfast is the largest I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel, with so many options to choose from. They spare nothing to service you. The pool is beautiful, spa services were delightful as well. Also the spa space is beautiful. The beach had security so I could leave my bag while I swam with no worries at all. I was sad I had to leave

The reception is probably the most important part of a hotel experience. If you have a poor experience there it determines whether you will return to the hotel in the future. Let's just say the check in process was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. I felt like I was checking into the El Mouradi. Horrible and disrespectful staff.
