"The staff— especially the Check in staff were excellent— Also the Bellman went out of his way to make us feel comfortable in our room —Also high compliments to the Valet Parking Staff — we’re very courteous and helpful. The only negative was the shower was not cllean —there was a clump of hair near the drain . Also feel the “added taxes” especially for the Valet Parking were quite high.. We will return— and the Remodel is lovely."

"I couldn’t get into my room and no staff on site. And no response to numerous phone calls for assistance. I ended up having to stay somewhere else."
