"Its a nice clean family apartment in a safe location. The staff are welcoming and are vigilant on security. There are no dinein options but one can easily get food in nearby restaurants or cook for them selves."

I did not receive a refund for the difference in apartments. The hotel promised us another room for our second night, but the other apartment was not available to move into...
