"Good place to stay and safe"

"Great and helpful staff. Especially Monica was on top of things from check-in, inquires and giving feedback I felt so welcomed. Keep up the good work 👍."

"Small boutique hotel/guest house conveniently located on a quiet street near the UN, US Embassy, Village Market, and Karura Forest. The room was very clean and quiet and the staff were kind and helpful. I especially liked the food, which was all made to order. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay in this part of Nairobi."

"Never had I so many messages from a property on Expedia. This was rather annoying; ignore them, and I hope that they will change their policy. The staff were helpful. The hot water heaters are only for the showers, which is sort of strange. The rooms were just OK."

"The staff and location are excellent. Security was friendly and amicable. Highly recommend the package deal including the breakfast, as it comes in handy if doing early tourist activities in the area."

"The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the wide range of amenities at Village Market makes it a convenient and enjoyable place to stay"

"Nice place "

"Great location in Westlands near upscale Westgate mall. Easily accessible. Staff very warm and responsive. Manager Paul is exceptional and his reception desk staff. Nice restaurant onsite, with very welcoming staff, great food. The main issue is beyond the hotel's control, that is, overwhelming construction site noise on all sides of hotel. Noise from next door worksites is brutal depending on where your room is located. Housekeeping can do with better training to initiate cleaning, not use...

"I would stay there anytime"

"Einkaufszentrum in Gehdistanz, sehr zentral gelegen. Freundliches und aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal."

"Ort der Ruhe mit tollem Ausblick in den Wald unweit vom quirligen Zentrum"

"The staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond to prepare a meal. The rooms are spacious and clean. The AC units are is good condition..the drapes are beautiful and the area around the restaurant has beautiful flowers. There are also well trimmed bushes and private places where guests can enjoy meals with family. Breaksfast buffet is great and guests are able to order an omelet of thier choice which is prepared by the chef. I will definitely go back to this property."
