I had a fantastic stay at The Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel in Nairobi. Despite being a small hotel, it was impeccably clean and organized, with everything I needed. From a small rooftop pool with a bar to neat rooms equipped with Netflix and YouTube, plus fast internet. The staff were outstanding—especially Patrick and Anthony at reception and Liz in the restaurant. The food was also amazing, and I highly recommend this hotel for its great value, location, and excellent tours they offer.

We stayed at 3 different hotels in Nairobi, all about the same price. This one was the best of the bunch by a long shot. Clean, pool, nice bar, helpful staff, convenient and safe location for restaurants and shopping. Got us a boxed breakfast since we had to leave at 5 am. A real winner !

The rooms were cleaned along with complimentary water which is always a nice touch. The check-in staff were friendly as was the concierge. Security was present outside at all times and the hotel has a great ambience about it. The breakfast was ok and I do not believe the aircon was working properly.
