4/5 - Good
Nairobi is a nice place but not as friendly or as appealing as Mombasa or the Malindi areas. I didnt feel like tourism is a big dealfor them and unless you were an Indian there was no love...

Restaurants, shopping, and spas are some highlights of Westlands. You might stop by Sarit Centre or Westgate Shopping Mall while you're in the area.

Kilimani is noteworthy for its bars, and you can make a stop at top attractions like Yaya Centre and Arboretum.

You'll enjoy the restaurants and spas in Karen. You might want to make time for a stop at Karen Blixen Museum or The Hub Karen.

If you're spending some time in Nairobi Central, City Market and City Square are top sights worth seeing.

Unique features of Gigiri include the shopping and restaurants. Make a stop by Village Market or Karura Forest while you're exploring the area.

While Eastleigh might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Muthaiga Golf Club and City Market.

Staff was wonderful. Airport shuttle was easy and convenient. Room was clean with outstanding amenities. Would stay here again.

Conveniently located for the airport and offers a free shuttle bus service (though arguably this is built into the overall hotel cost(. N.b. I did have to call the hotel to arrange the shuttle bus pick-up from the airport as they were not responding to messages sent via Hotels.com.

Nice property with good accommodations. Can use better cleaning of the suites. And driver transportation is overpriced. Was told one price to go to Serit mall and was taken to another mall that cost more and was useless. Cheaper to uber.

Great place to stay in Westlands. The location was center to everything. With the sarit center, westlands market, koda nightclub, the alchemist and other touristy things within walking distance. The hotel functions more as a hotel but the rooms look like apartments. This option would be great for ...

a little concerned with safety. did not spend much time here, just nights on either end of a safari
I will be back to visit. I found the people warm hospitable and kind. Local food was delicious.
The roads are very bad and it’s difficult to get anywhere. The traffic is confused, and it’s lacking a system.
Very vibrant city, clean, modern, relatively safe.
Ubers are readily available, but whenever you're in a car be sure to buckle your seatbelts in both the front and back. Otherwise you're likely to be stopped by a policeman and threatened with arrest. Foreigners should carry their passports with them.
