"Clean rooms, ac great. Airport pickup could be better (waiting was a little bit long). I understand the fuel situation but don’t keep passengers waiting. Breakfast is great, probably, the table server could be more attentive, esp with coffee and tea services"

The game drives, watching hippos from the lookout, food, rooms, everything exceeded expectations! The game drives were incredible. We saw the big 5 the first day and learned about the ‘ugly’ five which we also saw! We loved our stay and would very much recommend to anyone considering. I’m glad we picked the Fairmont Masai Mara. It was luxury and safari vibes all in one spot! Thanks for a magical and memorable time!"
