"Nice Hotel , clean and comfortable beds , however some of the plugs in the room didn’t work , plugs where lose fittings, heating kept turning off which left the room cold. The food is excellent in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast , the staff are young and inexperienced, getting confused with orders and very slow !!"

"Hotel was located right off the coast road about 20 minutes away from Galway. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was the 9 steps to navigate with suitcases. The staff were friendly and helpful. Apparently this is a popular hotel weddings. Had a nice dinner at the onsite restaurant/bar and then got to watch a beautiful sunset over the water. Breakfast was included and had the usual fare with something for everyone."

"The hotel was very nice and clean, but we booked for the pool and it is not a hotel pool - it is an affiliated health club pool - and the staff were extremely rude to the kids. There is nowhere to sit. This is not a hotel to book hoping for a fun family time between tours."

The room was in chilly side as main bedroom radiator didnt work the car parking is ridiculous - cant get out Pool is nice compulsory swimming caps outdated no soap showers either €5 a night to park if use external booking partners no idea why so I didnt dine in hotel at all ! "I do feel that I need to mention that in the family suite the WIFI did not work our entire two night stay. It was stated that is something we would have and paid for and that was not the case. While the front desk apologized, they did not offer a credit of any sort. We had to unfortunately purchase an international plan at a greater cost to use our phones once we arrived and then the following day as well."
