"Room was clean and amenities were good. It was nice that the hotel was adjacent to the bus stop for an easy commute to the airport or Queenstown shops."

"We always love going to the Heritage. Great views and just far enough out of town to get away from the crowds but not that far to get back into town in 5 minutes. Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable too. However rooms could be cleaned earlier and before the late afternoon. There was one day our room was completely forgotten, despite us telling them we were leaving our room in the morning. I think there may have been a shortage of cleaners this time....

"Second time we have stayed there but not as impressed. The room was a excellent size but there was a small amount of mould in bathroom. The service of housekeeping was disappointing- we stayed 6 nights and asked to change our towels one time half way through our stay, by leaving the towels on the floor and they took but did not replace. When got back that afternoon I had to go to reception to get towels myself. Also, the shower had a ridiculous size screen that hardly kept the water in and...

"We're from QLD, Australia and stayed here for 8 nights as a family in the unit of a bedroom, a separate living room with a full kitchen and a private laundry equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer (+ iron and ironing stand). Everything is very clean and modern, with staff services being superb! The view of the Remarkables (ski field) from our living room was absolutely fantastic!
