"The staff were very accommodating when we needed an early check-in. The location is great: it’s walkable to the gondola; stores and restaurants downtown; and the lakefront. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view of Queenstown Bay. Highly recommend staying here!"
