"Really nice stay for having access to the subways close by. The room was comfortable and small the bathroom was good with excellent amenities. Only drawbacks to the property are the gym has basic cardio equipment, no free weights or machines to work out. Lastly the hotel caters to non English guests communicating at the hotel is a challenge. The staff all were polite and tried to help. "The location of the Gracery Ginza is very ideal. It’s close to the main Ginza road and near enough to multiple train and metro stations. I do wish there was a convenience store closer but it’s a minor detail. We weren’t informed that there was a complimentary coffee station in the lobby and microwave. We discovered it when we were checking out. Other than that, the rooms were exactly a described - small but it did the job. I love that there were 4 pillows!"
