"Our stay was fabulous! The staff was excellent in every area of service. Our bungalow looked out over the lake and it was so peaceful. The free breakfast was served fresh and hot and they accommodated my wife's gluten-free dietary needs. Our unit was clean and comfortable and well maintained. We would love to come back again.y"

"I was so disappointed by this hotel. It wasn't definitely not worth the money. The don't usually write bad reviews unless I have to but the hotel was sub standard and I found the staff rude and unfriendly. I wish I had researched the hotel more before booking as I can now see the many have had a similar experience. It's not hard to be nice, friendly and provide a good service but they failed. The photos also do not live up to the experience when you get to the hotel.
