"Close to event Clean comfortable rooms Nice pool ocean view"

"While the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. When I got there, my room was not very clean. The floor was dirty. The countertops in the bathroom were sticky. They did add an additional cleaning for the next morning. Also, when we got there. Nobody offered to help get baggage out of the vehicle. The main restaurant was closed. The tram didn't work for two days. Although they added a shuttle, it didn't even stop at the area I was staying. We got 8 miles walked that day. They had a private...

"Amazed stay!!"

"Ok"

"Awesome"

"Loved the staff, pool, and amenities. Didn’t have breakfast included. Too commercial but the pool was the highlight! 💯"

"Great location and the place was nice and big with lots of room. Liked having a kitchen and laundry in the unit."

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"The place was clean and very relaxing"

"Slept, had breakfast and left didn’t use amenities."

"The entire space was great. Easy to walk to near by shops and very relaxing"

"We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!"

"Clean. Comfortable plenty of room "

"Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner)."
