"Very good high end and affordable stay especially if you aren’t able to get any GW hotels. Only thing is that there is a rooftop pool that is not accessible unless you pay a seperate fee upon arrival because it is operated by Hard Rock Cafe. There is a hotel included pool on the lower floors though with a gym."

"The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon...

"Check in is relatively easy following the procedure given; Environment and settling is nice. However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. Hot water is available after overnight. Other defects include hair dryer is not working and access to balcony...

This is a great full day activity with 2 hour trekking through the trail to reach the crystal clear water with multiple falls.The trails path leading to the locations of activity is clear with certain steep climbs. Maya falls is filled with great mixture of flora and fauna. Great ancient trees sheltering the trail along the way to the waterfalls. You will be able to view multiple waterfalls before reaching to the main destination.
