"It's a boutique hotel. The rooms are not heavily furnished which gives a feel of lot of open space which is very good. The hotel's breakfast is minimal but it is good though can be further improved. The Gym accèss to Blu Cabana is always chaotic so need to improve that. The cardio equipments of the gym are ancient. Though, it's a fairly large gym. There has been an improvement in providing basic amenities which is good otherwise there were no amenities were provided. "

"It was a good stay. My room rate was quite expensive for the value I received. For over $300 I expected more but overall it was acceptable. The checking in and check out process was quite slow. Others kept jumping the queue and the staff entertained it. That was quite annoying. "

" I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again."

"The service at this hotel is terrible. First they overbooked and despite the fact that I had a fully paid confirmed booking they pretended that I had no booking. After arguing with the front desk a manager called Friday saved the day by taking me to another hotel and making sure I had a room the next day. Their breakfast is not worthy of a 2* hotel. I chose this hotel due to the Corinthia name. I later found out that this hotel has nothing to do with the Corinthia brand. This is my worst hotel...

"Hotel staff were surprised when I checked in as a single female and after seeing the room I realised why. The lock on the door had been broken and was not fixed, the windows on a first floor room did not close - this meant the room was 40 degrees Celsius and raised security concerns. There was a mysterious door in the room that led to a balcony guests could not access and the bathroom had not been cleaned after someone had used the toilet. This is not the safe 4 star hotel I was expecting. "
