"My stay was absolutely brilliant staff were amazing very welcoming go out of there way to help bar staff were brilliant local shop one site are very friendly no pressure. Rooms were spotlessly clean plenty of room also a good choice of food alway found something could complain m. Very peaceful hotel very good location 1 minute from the beach I will definitely be returning next year. Overall AMAZING YOU WONT REGRET ❤️"

"Most of the staff were amazing and very helpful, friendly and courteous. Certain staff however need to change their attitude to guests. The chefs, front of house and management were fantastic. The food is standard across most of these hotels I believe. It was value for money. The seating for the entertainment in the evening could be improved. Location and setting for the hotel is great for sun worshippers.The whole stay was very relaxing and definitely some for those looking to chill!! "

"On my arrival not given the room that I booked, had to wait for 5 hours in the lobby until it became available and then cleaned, the hotel staff seemed to think this was exceptable and considering I arrived at approx. 0400 after a night flight and was really tired was just left there.While awaiting for my room came across at least another 6 families with the same issue. I then had an issue with my door locked which resulted in me being locked out of my room for 2 hours while they found away...
