"We were looking for a cheaper alternative to The Rival, which we really enjoyed six years ago. The Sparrow looked nice - we thought it was worth a visit. Rooms are cute, but a little small (Classique), but good maid service. Breakfast was a delight - boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, pork, cold meats and cheeses, fruits, croissants or rye bread, macroons, yogurts, coffee, tea and orange juice. Lovely ambience with old-fashioned lifts and French music playing in the background. Quiet at the back...
