Super convenient location for luxury shopping. Reasonable walking distance if you’re arriving by ferry, great night life options and so many restaurants! The property has a nice gym and sauna, lobby and rooftop bars and friendly staff.

Perfectly nice hotel in a nice part of town. Room was a little small, but perfectly comfortable. Bed was super comfy, shower was lovely and powerful. Shame there was no kettle or coffee maker, but you could go to Reception.

Good location for walking to parts of Stockholm some future out. It we are happy to walk. Or there is a hop on and off that stops outside Hotel show signs of needing some tlc for both decor and furnishings. We had a few issues in the room most of which were sorted quickly. Be aware that the hotel does not accept any cash Bar staff very efficient and work hard

Easy 20-minute walk from Central Station. English-speaking staff. Beautiful park and library just across street. Really good breakfast buffet, get there early before the crowd. Saturday night rockin DJ till 1am, bartenders & security guards great. "Quiet Lounge" in basement with two chaise lounges and large work table in lobby gave extra room to work. Will definitely stay again.

An excellent location, close to transport, shopping and dining options. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner. An easy walk to the harbour and Gamla Stan (old town). The room was a good size and clean, however, there was no fridge and no tea and coffee making facilities. These had to be purchased in the reception area.

Impressed by Brian’s efforts on reception

Brian at the reception desk was very professional and efficient at his job. I had an issue with the room on the first checked in. He went above and beyond to make everything work out well. I felt well pleased with how he handled the situation and the breakfast was always delicious Cleaning was top grade as well

There is no AC. Only a square box that says contact reception if you want to change the temperature. Unfortunately, you only can increase the temperature with more heat. It's impossible to cool the room. When I found that out, I knew why there was a fan in the room. It was like a steam bath in my room. I could not open the window when I tried to sleep because of loud music by a local outside bard. Finally, they changed my room to one away from the noise and upgraded but there was no AC there either. I will never pay this kind to money to stay in a fancy expensive hotel with rooms too warm to sleep in.

Poor housecleaning

The housekeeping was below minimum. We had ask for cleaning everyday. However everyday we had to ask the reception for clean towels and minimum of cleaning for the bathroom. This was after the deadline at 16:00. The toilet smelled of urin and the sewer smelled even worse. Finally on the last morning we ran out of shower soap and toilet paper. Not once did we get the floors cleaned or the beds made. The breakfast buffet was very nice and delicious.

Gutes, sauberes Hotel. Frühstück gute Auswahl und lecker, für jeden was dabei. Zimmer ruhig, sauber, einfach gute Einrichtung, Doppelzimmer etwas klein aber ok. Lage perfekt für Städtetrip, Bushaltestelle neben Hotel, Metro Station etwa 5min Fußweg entfernt. Man kann aber auch zu Fuß die Innenstadt und Gamla Stan, in ca 15-20 Minuten erreichen. Mehrere Restaurants in nähere Umgebung. Nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert

Vi fick checka in tidigare vilket va ett stort plus! Vi hittade en fläck på täcket precis när vi skulle gå och lägga oss 01:30. Receptionen erbjöd då ett nytt rum, vilket är väldigt snällt! Men vi nöjde oss med ett nytt täcke, vilket de kom upp med inom 5 minuter. Väldigt bra service! Riktigt bra bar med härlig stämning! Bra frukost
