"Overall a great property and all of the staff members were very helpful. The only reason I took a start away is because every time my room was cleaned, they never replaced the wash cloth. I had to keep asking for new ones everyday. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The drink service at our room door was a very pleasant surprise. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and there was never a time I didn't feel unsafe. I would stay here again in the future. "

The pool, great room, theny have music in the hotel, you can walk to the poblado, close to provenza, close to take the tour in the church in poblado like 10 minutes. A lot bars and restaurants 10 min walking or you only pay like 2 or 3 dolars in uber. "

I had a problem in the room, they didn't move me right away but after analyzing the problem, they decided to offer the option to move to a better room or the same type of room. The only thing I didn't like during my stay was that for some reason and without informing me they changed the sofa in the room, which meant that they had to move my luggage without informing me which I didn't precisely like....
