The hotel is an older property, and the rooms are very spacious. However, the bathroom needs to be updated. The closet is located inside the bathroom, which causes clothes to absorb moisture, and the room has a noticeable musty smell. You can also hear traffic noise from outside. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions. The breakfast could be improved, as the selection and quality were somewhat limited. The gym was very disappointing. None of the machines were working, so it was impossible to use the fitness center. The hotel should repair or replace the equipment to maintain the standard and rating it aims to offer.

Room was very clean. Staff is friendly, honestly the breakfast is basic but not bad. They came to clean the room daily. It’s a quick 5 minute walk from the Provenza & the area is very safe. Overall I would definitely recommend, I had no issues.

Es un hotel de toda la vida en Medellín, bien ubicado y lujoso. Sin embargo me impresionó negativamente el nivel de mal mantenido en el que está. Se ve sin mantenimiento, el cuarto olia a cañería (y era la suite). El desayuno malo, dejado, nada de nivel. El personal en el desayuno no era amable. El cuarto le faltó mantenimiento. Madera vieja, agua que iba y venía cuando te estabas bañando. En fin. No se puede clasificar como 5 estrellas. El personal fe la recepción muy amable. Pero triste ver el estado del hotel.
