The room I selected was supposed to have a mini bar; it didn’t not even have a little bucket to at least fill up with ice. I did inform the staff first day, they let me know they’d see what they can do. I upgraded my room for that reason. :( The rooms were clean enough. The staff were overall nice. Unfortunately I did want water pretty late at night and didn’t want to go out to the store, they didn’t even have water for sale; which I find weird because they serve breakfast in the morning, like dang not even a juice ? If it’s raining too hard you will for sure not have WiFi, which is understandable it’s out of their control. Overall it was a pretty short walk to the stadium which is why I got that room and I guess worth it not having to wait for an uber and just being able to walk to the hotel after the event.

Location is very good, 3 minutes from the metro station. The hotel is good, service is good. I only have a complain, the pictures show rooms with a desk, but the rooms do not have desk, it was very uncomfortable to work sitted in the bed. I was given a room without desk but I walked all the floor because they were cleaning, to check if one had desk and ask for a change but none of the single rooms in the 3rd room had desk, they must change the pictures.

This hotel is outdated and has many weird caveats. They collect your key each time you leave, therefore the potential for your things to get snooped through is heightened. The room I had had a mini fridge that leaked like hell, and oh lord the bathroom situation was bad too. There’s a window right at the shower!!! As a female I was extremely uncomfortable bc the window is visible to the entire hotel. To resolve this my girl and I would have to turn on the hot water for 10 min prior to get it smokey. Oh and don’t even mention how difficult it was to get a towel—- like pulling teeth. The beds are also really hard and the TV has one channel. Lastly, my friend asked if she could come up and get ready with me. They stated she could for 30 mins only and did not mention there would be a price. After an hour, we came downstairs and they then tried to charge me 80$ and would only take cash. Expedia representative calls them right after because I reported what was going on. The hotel hung up the phone on them. I immediately hung up and checked out into a new hotel. This has been a very uncomfortable situation and I can’t believe it still. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. You can also hear everyone on every floor. I was very dissatisfied

This is an awful property the pictures that are here on the app are not even close to what it is. Smelly rooms, a/c doesn’t work properly rooms are extremely small, no towels, no blankets.we had to leave and rent another hotel and they didn’t want to give us the money back.

En general me gustó el lugar y la zona, es un lugar muy tranquilo y hay muchos sitios buenos a los alrededores, restaurantes bares tiendas estación de metro y buses, el personal fue muy amable y aunque las habitaciones son sencillas sin duda son funcionales, las tarifas son accesibles ojalá consideren hacer un elevador Ah …y ya tienen almuerzos !! Me encantaría volver Medellin es una chimba 🇨🇴💛💙❤️

Camas en mal estado, habitaciones con mucha humedad, falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones. El personal no vela por la tranquilidad de los huéspedes. A mitad de la noche llegan personas hablando duro e incluso gritando, lo que afecta el descanso de los demás y el personal no le da manejo a dicha situación. La atención de las personas del restaurante muy bien.
