"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. "Mon séjour était vraiment décevant. Je pensais que c’était un hôtel 4 étoiles mais ce n’était pas le cas. Je crois qu’ils n’ont même pas deux. Le logement n’était pas du tout celui des photos réservé sur le site. On voulait nous filer un studio derrière la résidence, pas lumineux et très petit, on a du changer et payer un supplément. Arrivée à l’autre logement les lits n’étaient même pas faits, pas de papier toilette, ni savon pour se laver les mains, le canapé étais cassé, et le sol étais sale....
