"Everything was fantastic. Swim up room was incredible. Agree with other reviews about the hotel restaurant being pricey compared to restaurants less than a 5 min walk down the beach (with better quality food!). Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Thailand. "

"We checked in after staying at La Vela, with excellent support from Jan who is friendly, fun and very professional. We'd been allocated a villa - fantastic upgrade. If you can afford it, go for it! The rooms are enormous and luxurious. Everything you could ask for is there. The grounds are beautiful, manicured and lush. The pools are huge with so many sunbeds both poolside and beach side you'll be spoiled for choice. It's so perfect that I'm half afraid to return in case it's not so good next...

"La chambre attribuée était en aucun cas celle réservée et expédia ne m'a pas aidé à ce sujet. J'ai été obligée de payer 200€ en supplément pour avoir une chambre décente. Et encore la suite que l'on a eu ensuite était très très humide, peinture qui s'ecaillait et pas de télévision. Malheureusement ma seule option en haute saison a Koh Tao était de payer ce supplément à mes frais car expédia n'en a pas assumer la responsabilité.
